I am an ICT Consultant having almost 11 years of experience, can I apply under the NOC:1122 Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management. My current job responsibilities are as under.
1. Investigate and enumerate clients' business systems. Discuss options for improving business systems and recommend ICT systems or solutions aligned with the organization business goals and overall ICT strategy.
2. Provide cost analysis, benefits, return on Investment analysis (ROI), making recommendations and implementing new ICT products and services from internal/external supplier/vendors.
3. Perform pre-project execution activities includes proposal, technical contents of bid, requirement documentation, detailed project objectives, BOQs/RFQs, presentations and proof of concepts (POC) to effectively communicate project expectations.
4. Manage the implementation of ICT solutions, developing an implementation schedule, liaison with external suppliers and our staff, end user training, developing user manuals, progress tracking, reviewing progress, follow-up maintenance and support.
5. Deliver project on time, within the identified scope and to budget.
