ICICI Bank is not giving proof of funds in proper format

Hi All, I went to ICICI bank for proof of funds according to the format I saw in this forum, they said they don't give any letter and only give bank statement. I argued with them that I need this for visa, and in this particular format. The guy said, "please don't waste your time or mine, this is not required, so many people who are applying for visa come to me everyday, and statements work for everyone".

I tried to argue but he would not listen, and asked me to check the queue behind me, he kept on saying he does this everyday. I am looking at the statement and they do not cover the following:
1) Dates account was opened
2) Does not list outstanding credit card statement (thought I got a page showing current credit card outstanding and got them to stamp it)
3) Does not mention loans - I don't have any
4) Contact information of the bank does not have Phone or email

To some extent I feel this is small little information. Is it really important? Has anyone received POF from ICICI bank in correct format? How did you get it?

Go to the manager. I applied with a ICICI letter stating everything. In case more people are getting the same letter, you don't want to be dinged for not showing the same thing.

Though others will tell you that they had applied with only their bank statements and still got their PR. So give it a shot. If not, give an explanation.

ICICI does and have to provide the statement mentioning CAD and INR, signed, stamped on first, last page.
