ICES accepts trasncripts from 3rd party

If I use eternaltranscipts or mailtranscripts sites to get my transcripts from India, does ICES/ICAS/WES accept it?

Can the above services get my University to send the transcripts directly to the ECA designated organizations?

I got my transcripts from mailtranscript.com and they are taking care of this situation since quite a few years. I mentioned especially that it needs to be sent directly from the university so they proceeded accordingly. I think you can take help of mailtranscripts for the same.

I had applied through Mail Transcripts, so for WES canada it must be sent by the university itself and they made sure that it's done by the university. They are reliable firm.
