ICCRC consultant?

Hi All, Can anyone please help me on ICCRC? What ICCRC means and i believe CanadaVisa attorney has ICCRC certification?
Anybody can be eligible for ICCRC consultant?

Not everybody can be an RCIC - Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant - there is a process in place to regulate this.
