Iam newbie to FSW programs

Hai Guys,
I would like to ease to Canada through FSW program. I've had completed diploma in Electrical with seven years hands on experience in the pertained discipline. What are all process are there in FSW, please let me know if anybody could describe.
Also is that FSW program was better off rather than other programs for quick access to Canada subject to my career?
Please do suggestions about this, it'll guide me to pop step in further.
