Hi
Iam an international student in BC vancouver, i want to change my study permit to work permit and drop the college .
Is there any way to do this ?

Yes. The first step is to obtain a full time job offer from an employer in Canada. The next step is for that employer to obtain an approved LMIA. Once the LMIA is approved, you can then apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer. Once the closed work permit is approved, you can then stop attending school and start working full time.

For you to apply for a work permit, you must have a job offer and a approved LMIA. LMIA is applied by the employer. This process cost $1000 with a processing time of 4 to 6 months. The employer must prove that there is no eligible Canadian Citizens or PR able to do the job.

Note that LMIA is not guaranteed to be approved.
