If you want to secure a work permit, you'll need to find an employer who will give you a job and that employer will also need to get an approved LMIA (long process). Only then will you be able to apply for a closed work permit linked to that employer.
You'll need to go to sites such as linkedin and job bank to look for jobs and apply for them.
