Hi,

My wife and son's Travel Document was denied , after that I put up an appeal to IAD and I received a notice to appear in a hearing through telephone. I have following questions.

1) What questions would my wife expect from the hearing panel?
2) Can I talk to them on her behalf as her English is not very fluent?
3) What are the best ways to defend her case?
4) What is the procedure of Hearing, how it starts and how it ends? If some one had an experience , please share.

Thanks and Regards

What does your lawyer say?

Are you the appellant or a witness? Or is your wife the appellant?

If your wife needs an interpreter she needs to ask for one. *You* can't interpret for her.
