I wrote my mailing address

Need help I wrote my mailing address as my sponser address in Canada and I didn't fill out the Use of Representative form I just found this Post

According to the tracking number for Canada Post my application Delivered on 20 August and I didn't get AOR yet I'm OUTLAND

1- Is there any chance of not returning my file?
2- Can I fill out the Use of Representative form and send it through IRCC web form?

you don't have to fill the use of rep form........follow others in the forum, AOR seem to now take more than 8 weeks
