Hello Senior,

I would like to know about Ontario - PNP eligibility.
I don't have permanent full time job offer letter with XYZ Company. However, I came to Canada on Work permit visa and have been working with client ( PQR ) for last 2 years in Ontario, Canada. I have following documents.

- Petition document which shows NOC code – 2171 , Category A and company details.
- Offer letter of XYZ Company when landed in Canada.
- Work permit for 2 years + extended this year with new NOC Code - 2172.
- Client reference letter.
- Salary letter, T4 , T4 assessment , bank statement etc..

are the above documents sufficient to qualify Ontario PNP?

It would be grateful if you could provide your valuable input on the same.

Thanks

Have you even bothered to look at the information on the Ontario PNP site? All of the information is there. The documentation you have is not sufficient to apply. Ontario PNP is employer driven. This means your employer must do the following things before you can apply:

- Your prospective employer has first applied for pre-screening of a position.
- The position has been approved.
- Your prospective employer sends you the employer’s approval letter, Joint Verification form signed by your prospective employer, and Pre-screen Position form.
