I was denied entry at the transit country which is Egypt

I have a visitor visa to Canada, but after booking a flight, I had to drop at Egypt but I was denied entry at that point. I was told Canada is not giving me entry. What can be the cause of this pls?

Something you just came to mind now, maybe you should try and download Canada ArriveCAN and fill in your details, perhaps for them to be aware of your arrival

You can also be denied boarding at any point during the trip if there are concerns that you aren’t a genuine visitor for example. Did you have a return ticket? If there are concerns that you are attempting to remain in Canada you can be denied boarding. I have heard that Egypt is not a great country to transit through and many people have had a variety of issues so you may want to transit through another country. You should also have a return ticket and have luggage that makes sense based on your length of visit.
