I was in United kingdom for 7 years and over stayed their too, for long time then i claimed asylum and got refused so after fighting my case for 7 years in court i got refused and came back to Pakistan i was convicted in court for scam but now i want a fresh start and want to migrate to Canada for Permanent residence so will i be able to get PR for Canada if i apply And should i tell about my UK bad history when applying for Canada PR or not because if tell will i be refused?

You need to be honest on your application otherwise it's fraud. Do you want another conviction other than scam?

So if i tell them about Uk ofcourse they will ask for CRB report and as soon as i provide them with it they will clearly see the convictions and refuse my entry for PR in Canada isn't it?

Your conviction in Pakistan may be an issue. How long ago were you convicted? When did you complete your sentence / finish paying any fines?

As for the UK history, you have no choice but to tell Canada. If you don't tell Canada, this will be discovered as part of the background check process and you will be banned from Canada for 5 years for misrepresentation.

You do. However you will need to apply for rehabilitation first due to your conviction in the UK.
