I was charged with an accident case IPC 337 in India. The court asked me to either pay a fine or settle the matter outside. Will paying a fine affect my US, Canada, and UK visa/immigration chances?

If a fine, and not tied to Canada’s criminal code then you should be admissible. Assume you are eligible for Canadian immigration without charges. As for UK and US, you need to ask on those immigration forums.
