Start with studying http://www.cic.gc.ca/ thoroughly.

Why do you want to start a new life, sir? What's wrong with your current situation? Seriously? Moving to distant place doesn't often resolve your problems but adds new ones.
Who are you and what are you? What's your educational background and work experience? How old are you, after all? Are you proficient in English and/or French? How much money can you save in a year or two?

Thnx for ur reply sir, nothing wrong with me.. just not happy where I am and got inlaws family luving in canada and wanna live there
I studied business administration and international transportations n logistics, I work in a container terminal as stowage planner. .. im 27 yrs old... very good english speaking and excellent english writing...

Canada's immigration programs are listed here:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp

You will have to read through the requirements in great detail to see if you qualify to apply through any of these programs. If you do not feel comfortable doing this research on your own, then you should hire an immigration consultant.
