I want to sponsor my brother to immigrate to saskatchewan. I have searched a lot on the federal and provincial websites but find nothing. Did they closed the program to sponsor relatives? If it is still active can someone share links to the resources or guide me?

Until they reopen it, your brother may have to go through SINP's skilled worker streams instead and he will earn extra points for listing you.
