I want to renew my PR card which form should I fill up?

Hi guys. So I already have a PR card now I just need to renew it, which form should I fill up? Do I need to take new photos? Can I pay the fee at CIBC? Or what else I need to know?

Anyone would like to share some experience?

Follow the instructions and fill out the forms here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/prcard.asp and yes, you will need new pictures.
