My study permit is about to expire next March, but I cannot renew it because I did not complete it.
But I lived with my girlfriend under the same roof since this May so that she can sponsor me next May.
But How can I stay in Quebec from next March to May, then we have at least 1 year lived together?
I worked from this October too, but they don't want to sponsor me by LMIA.

So what is your status now if you didn’t complete studies. You cannot be working.

Yes, I'm a student but I stopped going to school this June because I don't like how they teach students..
So you cannot work. You are on a study permit not a work permit and if you dropped out then the school must inform IRCC to cancel your study permit. It may have been cancelled months ago and you have been working illegally since June. Just because you didn’t like how the teachers taught was not a reason to drop out and not change schools. You have bigger issues than being common law. You need to stop working ASAP, get an immigration lawyer to advise and change status to visitor.

You may already be in Canada without status. Schools are supposed to report students who stop studying to IRCC and then IRCC cancels the study permit. Hopefully you stopped working in June.

I agree that it would probably be a good idea to speak with a lawyer at this point.

I skipped studying in June then I came back to school in September then I skipped it again until now. At this time, I still have 1 course in school, It will start next 2 weeks, so I think they have not informed IRCC, my course in Quebec is Engling for Academic purposes, It is just for 1 year so I think my permit is still valid

Have you worked at all since June?

No, I came back in September but then skipped again

So then you're working illegally and in violation of the terms of your study permit.

Your situation is not straight forward. As already suggested, probably best to get advice from an immigration lawyer.

you violate terms of your Study Permit, Simply Illegal
