I want to do my Masters in Civil Engineering from Canada

I have completed my Bachelor in Civil Engineering from a very good university in India. I would like to do Master's in Civil Engineering (course based) from Canada. But the problem is my over all percentage in bachelors degree is less than 70%. I have a Ielts over all score of 6 (reading-6,writing-6,listening-6,speaking-6). Will I be able to get a admission in Canada for Master's program. I can even retake Ielts exam but If I could score 7 will that help me to admssion for Masters with my profile.


It would be thankful If anyone can help me with my situation.

Re-write IELTS and make sure you score a minimum of 6.5 in each of the four categories. CIC will sometimes refuse Master's visa applicants with scores lower than 6.5.
