I want to details about study gap for canada student visa

I am indian..
I completed my standard 12th(HSC)in year 2005 and then till 2013 i was working in different companies..
And then i again started my bachlore course in 2014 and it will complete in april 2017..
So can i apply for student visa in canada for my master degree?
Please tell me i am eligible to apply student visa for my master degree?
