Hi everyone, hope someone here can help me.

This is my case, I am currently studying Fashion at TFS as an international student. I started the program in July 2018 from (July to Sep.) I studied one term and took a one-term break (Oct. to Dec.) having on mind that I was going to join classes for this term (Jan to Mar.) thing I did and I´m currently in the program again. In this lapse of break term I went back home for about a month (holidays) I came back with the same student permit and I entered Canada to course this term with it.
The struggle here is that I want to drop out of school due to "none benefits" ( in this case I didn't obtain the work off-campus permit and I can not be able to work full time after graduating) there are some colleges that are approved to work while you're studying and also a post-graduate work permit, all these requirements for PR, which I didn't do a lot of research and this last time I entered I was told from the immigration officer that my college was not on the list.
I will change the school to (George Brown) still studying fashion. The thing is if I drop out now I will be starting George brown until September (they are just receiving applications for this semester) but I want to remain in Canada till the semester starts. My student permit will expire on April 30th of 2020 so I still have it active-
For your knowledge, I've always been with study permit since I arrived to Canada 2016. I also have a visitor visa. I studied for about a year English (I started in 2016, studied for 3 months then applied for a new study permit I studied in the same school) before applying last year to college. Here are my questions.

Do I need to do something or notify somewhere that I will not be studying till September?
Is it possible to change the status from student to visitor and again restore the student status? I know I sound awkward but I'm worried I don't know what to do.
I do not have a work permit so, the time that I will remain here I will be like in a "visitor status" which I have my visitor visa as well.
I´m planning to go back home for like 2 weeks in May but if I come back to Canada what can I say if I will not be studying but I will start In September, a few months later.
Is it possible If I receive, for example, my letter of acceptance of George Brown in May or before I go back home, it is good that I just change my study permit ( I know I can do it online) and I can enter that way with the new study permit without any problem?
Do you think this will affect somehow if I want to apply for the PR later on?
The real struggle is that if I will have a problem to remain here in Canada until I receive the new letter of acceptance to get the new study permit and start the new program?

I know is too much, but appreciate who anyone that will help me with this.

I hope someone here is chivalrous enough to go through your post. A large post without proper indentation is normally overlooked here.

So you will not get work permit if you stay at your present school right? For PR, you need 1 year Canadian work experience in skilled job with skill type o, a or b. To fix it, you can go for a new program at some school which is listed eligible to get work permit after. Or. Find a skilled lmia job offer to get bonded work permit. Your call.
