I want to bring My Elder brother & Sister

Hello everyone..!

I am in a big confusion. I want to bring my big Brother(29), Sister-in-law(24), & Sister(25).

How to call them...? As they are more than 22 years, my parents cant bring them on dependent children.. They just have appeared in IELTS exam and they both got 5 Bands.

But the main problem is that, since 1st july, as per new rules, commerce field has been removed from skilled workers' criteria... So they are not able to put file..!!

So what to do now..? how can they come here..??

I have heard that if i can move to saskatoon or manitoba.. n live there for 4-6 months then i can bring my Brother n sister here on PR within 6 months....!! Is that true..??

Or just show me the way with exact process so i can call them here as soon as possible..

Every province has their own rules as to immigration,in Ontario you can not bring them at all,there is no way around this.So your best bet is to do a search on different provinces where they allow to bring brothers and sisters,your sister in law will not be able to come until your brother is a PR himself and sponsors her under the family class you can not sponsor her no mater where you live.
And to the 6 months getting the PR for your brother and sister all depends on where they live.

its not 4 to 6 months. its minimum 1 year full u must live there and work there and pay taxes there in manitoba or saskatechwan
