You have to become a permanent resident first and live in Canada for several years before you can qualify for citizenshp. Information on how to apply for PR is here:

I would recommend that you start by researching the Express Entry program. This is a points based program and you will have to determine how many points you have.
September 2020 is not a realistic target for moving.
Also note that you will not be able to include your parents in your application. They will have to qualify on their own.
