I want to apply visit visa, Age 30y .. Permanent Job in Bank also MBA in Process from well recognised university .. My Sister is Permanent Resident of Canada ., Rest of my family is in Pakistan .. Now i need your advises for a strong application ...

Bank Balance ??
Docs for strong proof for return to home country ??
Are the Documents of Permanent Job and MBA Student enough ??

u can certainly take your chances..
show liquid funds in your personal account $10-15 minimum (ur salary should also reflect that u r capable of saving a decent amount after meeting expenses)
limit ur duration of stay ( to mention on the form) to 2-3 weeks max
add you last 3 months pay slips and tax returns for last 2 years
job letter with approved leaves from ur HR
University documents showing ur enrollment and courses completed so far
purpose of visit should be very clearly stated it should not be helping anyone in canada with any thing related to work
show your dependents in pakistan like parents siblings etc
mention specifically why do have to return back to ur home country state reasons like going back to work. returning school.. dependent parents or other family members... mention ur others social activities friends or community activities in ur home country... all this is required to establish that u r well settled in ur home country and does not plan to stay in Canada illegally
