i want to apply open work permit while waiting for my pr application..need help

i i already apply for PR under CEC express entry i did recieved the aor already i also have ecas which says IN PROCESS but i dont realy know if i already have file number? im just realy wondering if i can apply for open work permit whle im waiting for their final decision for i have only 3 more months left in my current work permit.. need help please

If you have AOR (i assume with a ref number that comes with it?) and your permit is due in <4 months you can apply for BOWP
