Hello every 1.My name is Andrew and here is my question...
Hello.Iam curently in Canada more then 1 year.I have a contract for second year in meat company .I have education high school and colledge degree wich i finished with honors.I am an technologist of meat stock production.I can work supervisor on meat plant: Stuffer operator,grinder operator,tumbler,cutter.I have a translated into english Diploma of my colledge from Ukraine.
Couple month ago i tryed to apply for Permanent leaving in Canada i pass all exams almost perfect with english tests on 5/7 for my proffession.But main result of goverment was: not enough work expirience becose i was working in Canada only 1 year and Goverment need at least 3 years.By this emigration programm ive got this year contract and then i have to back to Ukraine for 4 month and then come back.But first of all i am not sure if i will come back ,becose of visa.Now in Ukraine very hard to open visa in Canada and i dont want to lost so much time thet i could spent on working for Canada,earning money.Thats why i am worry about.First of all i would like to work in meat processing company different.For me very important to get more expirience and skills.Anyways in future i would like to get some more education in university.
I am very responsible,i have 2 people in my job that i supervise and i am doing good.Yes of course i am doing sometimes work mistakes but i think its only question of time.I am 21 years old i wanna lern and use my knowledge.I have big desire to stay in Canada,work here,live here,make some family in future.Thats why i worry about.I have to find other employer,doesnt matter where.
So besicaly my problem is that i dont bielive my employer coz he said that i need more years spend in his company and he dont want to let me go for another 1.Any way can sombody suggest me please any contacts numbers or something that could help me in this case.Very apriciate.Sorry about my broken english
