Why do you need an address? That doesn't really make sense
If you're going through the Manitoba PNP program and need someone to say they are your friend, an address isn't sufficient. That person will need to provide evidence (e.g. documents) to show that they have been living in Manitoba for at least one year - along with providing copies of their PR card / citizenship documentation. You will also need to show that you have sufficiently close ties to this person.
This sounds like a prelude to immigration fraud.

P.S..I would be ditching said immigration lawyer, otherwise you may just have misrepresentation, then you won't have to worry about attempting to move to Canada at all

You need someone you actually know in Manitoba who can prove a relationship. Additionally, it's not a simple favour. If, for example, you get PR and then decide not to live in Manitoba, you could be removing the ability of this "friend" to ever sponsor someone again.

As others have said, this is misrepresentation. Your lawyer is going to get you banned from Canada for 5 years. Find a new lawyer.
