I think CIO is not issuing AOR for london office may be due to backlog?? Anybody who applied in Nov to CIO got AOR and has london office??

the AOR from CIO is different from that you get from visa office that is london

Thats what i mean. Sometimes if there are too much load of work in one visa office then AOR is stopped from CIO itslef as to smoothline the work in respective visa office. This is my personal thinking.

may b or may not be like that but i think they do processing on first come first serve basis especially CIO
