I submit My application three months ago, it's still in "read" status, what's happend?

Hi,
I submit my application three months ago. I check the status, it's still in "read".

I can't find a phone number that i can use to query, only what i can is to use the "report an issue" button on the web. But, anytime to report an issue, the reply seems an auto-reply. No useful message/information.

Below is my application comments:

Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.

Review of additional documents We do not need additional documents.

Interview You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

That's no unusual in that case. TRV processing times vary widely and can take anywhere from a few days to many months to process. Based on the comments, they are still in the process of reviewing your eligibility requirements. That seems pretty normal. Unfortunately nothing you can do but wait.
