I applied on jan. 23 -> withdrawal application on feb. 10

I applied on jan. 26 -> updated my processing on feb. 10

I expect that no more than one week to receive a study permit.

My school starts March. 2. I hope, i can study on time with study permit.

CIC wants make sure coming to Canada on time. not earlier or late.
