I'm a Kenyan, I work for my community as a humanitarian activist on community based organisation.
I live in mandera, North eastern region.

Marginalised region since independence and a third class citizen,
With historical injustices. Bordering with Somalia a brine to Islamic groups jihadist like ''alshabab and isis''.
I had to face the challenges my people were getting from Islamic militants and the Kenya security both.
It was tough situation to work under.
Despite the many treats and messaging I had to resist and ignore their devil acts and continue giving courage to my community.
Our security forces of Kenya have also extra-judicial killing approach. Which was not good counter narrative to the insurgents.
Anyway it was tough indeed.
I want to seek refuge and asylum to the people of Canada

You need to get a TRV to Canada or leave your country and be recognized by UNHCR.

Even if you are recognized as a refugee by UNHCR resettlement chances to another country are very low. If all refugees got resettled Dadaab wouldn’t exist 30 years later and still be so large.
