i recieved my approval letter but ............

Hi i applied my application on march 10/2010 i received the approval letter on april 23/2010 , but what i want to ask is
1. on the letter it is written the application it will be on effect from july 15 .
2. on the approval letter there are two numbers ( file number ) and ( kit ID) so when i started cheking online it is giving me this application is not available.

please help on the above confusion .

the approval letter has to be sent to the visa office of home country by Mississauga if the application is outland. until the visa office receive your file and start processing, it will appear as unavalaible with the file number. Mine took 4 months to show "in process"after approval. Also remember to use the sponsor ( not the sponsored) name and DOB. I don't understand about the July 15 thing, but I hope I have been able to help

All the July 15th thing is they are saying it should be processed by then or at least a status update and it is saying do not contact the visa office before this time.You can contact CIC just not the visa office.
The other there should be a client id number in which to use or you can use your recipt number,also if you are the one sponsoring it is your info that goesin .your surname you dob your country of birth not the one being sponsored

i used to try mine since my wife is sponsoring me but eventhough i changed by her name nothing is helping so as you said let us wait till the time comes and reply to us since i am not in a hurry.
