I received my AOR, but I can't track or check the status of my application. (Non EE)

I received my AOR one month ago, did the biometrics, and already have the medical exam passed, but I still can't track the status of my application on any of the following sites:

• https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio.../apply-permanent-residence/how-we-assess.html
• https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register

I've entered my UCI or Application number, but neither works. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
