Hello Everyone,

I just received the CAIPS note today from CIC about my wife's sponsorship visa to Canada. Here are the VO's concerns about our application- and I quote

1. She appeared to have limited knowledge about her sponsor
2. There is limited documentary evidence in support of their relationship before and after marriage
3. Although there are photos to support her sponsor's one-time visit to her country, this alone is not sufficient to guarantee the relationship
4. Their marriage was prepared in a haste
5. Their time together as a couple was very brief
6. There is no evidence of constant communication before her sponsor's visit to her country and since their marriage
7. She appeared unsure when I questioned her about possible work experience in Dubai, which is not indicated on her form

I informed her about these concerns, and told her I am unable to proceed with her case until I have complete information. Her file is for further review and verification.

WHAT CAN I DO!

About what? I thought you withdrew your sponsorship.

Then why worry about the CAIPS notes.

The sponsorship is in the process of being withdrawn.

What the notes say, has no bearing on anything now. You knew this anyway, so I am confused why you ordered CAIPS notes to start with.

caips notes takes weeks to be delivered..so this was probably before..
