My wife and I are fairly deep in the PR process, as she has already done her medical exams, and we recently got an email saying that more paperwork was required.
The paperwork in question was 2 police reports from countries where she worked 5-10 years ago (one being South Africa where she did a work exchange program). When we were doing the paperwork we just roughly put South Africa's work dates as she didn't have the documents and it was 10 years ago, so we put from June 1 - December 1 (6 months - which makes a police report required). We searched for her old passport which she had used 10 years ago and found that she had only actually worked in South Africa from July 1 - December 1 (less than 6 months which would not require a police report - correct?).
Is there a way to make that small change to our paperwork, changing the date from June 1 to July 1 with a letter explaining the situation?
