i just paid online via interac bank payment but the receipt has no name or any info - do I fill this in manually?

also when attempting to create my account for payment, I never got an email or anything.

can i still proceed with the application like this? is this normal?

how can I log in in the future to check status - using the Receipt # good enough?
 
yes that's normal. you have to fill in it manually. the ecommerce receipt can be used for any application worth that amount.
 
To log in, you will use UCI and file number.
