I overstayed with my study permit can i get a pgwp?

I am an international student. A couple years ago, I overstayed my study permit without an extension (for mental issues, life, etc, and lost track of time).
I went back home and re-entered Canada after 2 years. During visa screening, I was asked by the officer why you overstayed, and I explained briefly and with a verbal warning, "you shouldn't overstay this time." I got my study permit along with my co-op work permit because my program requires a total of 1 year of internship experience between semesters.
I have completed those internships, and I am graduating next summer. Do you think there will be a problem getting PGWP? with my overstay record?
If so, what should I do or include in my application to prevent rejection or delay of my application?

Did you start a new program when you reentered Canada or did you continue your previous program?

In that case a PGWP will almost certainly be refused since your studies need to be continuous / without breaks in order to qualify for a PGWP.

I had no problem getting my study permit and work permit when re-entering; it took like 2 weeks at the time during covid. And those two years of breaks were due to my military service back home, which was compulsory service. I can prep the document for those 2 years of gaps. I am really concerned now...

The chances your PGWP will be refused are very high since you don't meet the continuous study requirement. You can try applying with the assistance of a lawyer and try to argue that you had to complete the military service back home. However based on your first post, you also had a period of time when you were in Canada without studying where you overstayed. So you will have to explain that as well. Again, you can certainly try applying however you should be prepared for the very high chance it will end in refusal.

The readmission is irrelevant. All this means is that your study permit was renewed. This doesn't mean you qualify for a PGWP. The PGWP has separate requirements.

If you want to guaranteed that you can get a PGWP, the only thing you could do is start a brand new program and complete that program without breaks (apart from authorized breaks such as summer vacations). You could then qualify for a PGWP based on the length of the second program.
