I ordered the gcms notes but only came back with my record

Just received an email from ATIP, the file they sent me only contains a summary of all the documents that I submitted. I’m pretty sure I followed every steps when applied for the notes. How is this happening should I email them or I need to ordered the notes again and wait another 30+ days......
