I need some serious advice on my next steps..

I am a single professional mother in Canada and got myself in a sticky mess. I married my husband in 2013 I tried my best to have a family and make things work however he was just a horrible person. We went to a sponsorship meeting and they said he had calls about himself so she said the marriage was a sham. This man made himself out to be something he wasn't. He has basically up and left the country stealing a lot of money from my family who invested in his ideas. Recently I came about a woman who said she had his child. How can I get a divorce if I have no contact and he has threatened me if I did he would harm my child. How can I make it so this evil man never return to Canada. It is very sad because he played my entire family and my 15 year old daughter who recently came clean about him trying to molest her. Which I filed a police report immediately and got her the help needed to deal with it. Please I need help I don't know what are my next steps and how to do them. This man has left me in debt destroying my credit and just ruining my life.

With respect, this is not an immigration matter but a civil/criminal one.
There is nothing that you personally can do to prevent him from being admitted to Canada.

You can file for divorce in Canada, even if you are not able to contact him or get his agreement.
