i recently got arrested of dui..but not yet convicted..im still waiting my court date..and after my conviction..i was planning to live in canada...because i got a 2 years old son..is their anyway i could stay there to look up my son..pls help..i really need your advice/help..thank you

It's going to be pretty difficult unless the charges are completely dropped. The DUI makes you inadmissible to Canada for five years after the completion of your sentence. Your only option would be to apply for a TRP (temporary resident permit). However there's no guarantee it would be granted.

Your best option is to try to get the charges dropped.

but..i got reason to stay or i doesn't matter.what is my chance for getting aprroved for trp.its my first dui..and i never convicted any crimes....

The DUI is a crime from a Canadian immigration perspective. I would recommend you read through the information on the CIC web site so that you can fully understand the situation you are facing:

Agreed.

You could have killed someone on your first DUI.
