my brother is Canadian and he is living there. i have Jordanian passport living in uae, and i want to visit him and work there. what should i do ??

If you want to visit only, then you'll need to apply for a visit visa. Note that it is illegal to work while on a visit visa:

If you wish to come to Canada to work, then you will first need to find an employer who is willing to hire you. That employer will then need to obtain an approved LMO (labour market opinion). If the LMO is approved, you can then apply for a work permit:

There is no "invitation visa". However your brother can provide you with an invitation letter.

To be approved for a visit visa, you will have to prove that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans to remain in Canada long term. You will also have to prove that you have sufficient money to fund your trip.
