i need help with the form Imm 5669

hello I hope you guys can help me with some of my questions 8)

in the question 7 it doesnt give me enough space on the boxes to put my information how did you guys fill this part? with a separate sheet of paper or just the abrevation??and I don't need to add to elementary school??

in questions,9,10,11 where do i need to put none? in every box were it supposed to be the time and organizations or just in one of them?

please help!!!

For 7 you only need to list secondary and post-secondary information. If you don't have enough room still, just put "Please see additional paper" in the spot for the school. Then make sure you number the paper with the IMM number and the question number and you name. I put each extra paper at the back of that particular form.

Just put NONE in the first box of each question. You don't have to put it in every box.
