hello,I need some help with the sponsored spouse/partner questionnaire question # 27 me and my wife we don't live together because we obviously lived in different countries so even if I selected no do I need to add the dates of cohabtion? does this question means when we have been together or should I leave that part in blank because I already explain the we live in different countries

You don't have to put dates, leave that blank. Select no and then fill out the reason why just below it and then go on to question 28.

Are you filling this out on the computer or by hand? Because on the computer, when you select No, it should block off the rest of the question so you can't enter the dates or anything under the Yes section. It makes it easier to know which questions you need to answer and when to move on.

That particular form must not block out questions you don't need to answer. Just keep filling it out and follow the little black arrows after the Yes or No boxes, they point to what you need to fill out next.
