Hello everyone,

I would like to have an answer to my question from an experienced person

I got married two years ago and my husband applied for his pr and didn't declare me, we didn't have children by that time, he did a sponsorship application for me but it was refused
Now i got devorced and i have two twin babys and i'm really frustrated that i couldn't get to canada because of him.
Now my question is if i meet the federal skilled worker immigration program requirments would i be able to apply and get accepted with my two kids, or what he did before would affect my acceptence chances?

Thanks

You need to learn to be patient if you want free answers to your questions. Sometimes it can take several hours before someone who knows the answer sees your post. If you want an immediate answer - hire a lawyer.

To answer your question: You can apply for FSW. What your husband did in the past won't affect your application.

Thanks a lot scylla :)
