I Need Help Please !!!!!!!

Need a advice Please . I have 4 Years experience as a Secondary school Teacher and 1.5 years as a lecturer at College Level. For secondary school teacher I wrote down the NOC code:4141 , and for Lecturer I wrote down:4131 .. now here i am confuse a bit. I haven't seen any NOC code for Secondary school teacher in 38 NOC job List ? the question is will my experience be considered worth as a secondary school teacher along with college lecturer one ? since i don't see any code for secondary school teacher in 38 job list, does it mean I won't be able to get any point for this experience ? please Guys I need a Good and humble advice. Thanks

4131 is included in 38 list , so you need minimam of 1 year experience for apply where you has 1.5, so you are eligible for apply, thats good. I can't have a quick look up at NOC list, i gonna see and will get back, if 4131 is included in NOC catgory 0, A or B, then definatily you will get all points following your years of experience. To be eligible under new ruling, you need minimam of 1 year experinece under ministerial list, but all your other experience under NOC, 0,A and B will be cunted towards total points.

So You mean the occupation of secondary school teacher is included in 38 NOC Job list ? am i right ? and i have 4 years of experience in this profession whcih has this code 4141 and do you think my experience will be counted then ? But the code 4141 you have mentioned is not in the list.Thats why i am a bit Confuse. Thanks

Correct, just look at my post and see, all i have learn only by this forum. So do not think most of us are immigration expert who can reply every query. Just say, I want to answer every question, but its depends on how much knowledge I have to reply any question. yes you are right I was a bit worried Coz i have already sent my application to CIO a week ago, thats why i was hyper a bit, i am sorry for that. I have mentioned code 4141 for secondary school school teacher with experience of 4 years and 4131 code for Lecturer with 1.5 year experience . infect i had searched all these things, But still i was confuse becaus ei haven't seen this CODE:4141 in 38 NOC list.

Yes , your 1.5 year experience occupation is included in new 38 list, so you are eligilbe for apply under FSW-1, see bellow

So you are ready to go, the other your 4 years experinece will give you points towards total points of work experinece. Its too early to say, as i dont know about how your proof of work experineces are ready, but my personal guess, if we count your current and previous occupation, you must get "21" ful points for work experience. There are two criteria in which work experience is useful.

1 - Ministerial list. You should have one year of experience in the last 10 years in one of the jobs in the list of 38. For you, this is 4131.
2 - Work experience points. For this, you don't have to have jobs only in the list of 38 but in any job in the NOC matrix as long as it is of skill type 0, A or B. In this case both your jobs give you points. You need 4 years of experience (total) to give maximum points in the work experience section and you get maximum because you have 4 years total.
