Hi!! thanks for always there to help guys.. i need your help again!! i need your opinions and suggestions. i know that at the end of the day it still boils down to what i want but i really need to know your opinions and suggestions..pls.
I went to my agent today to submit my full docs but unfortunately i have a problem with my current employment document. At the time that i filed i was still a nurse 2 so in my initial application in canada i was a nurse 2... but during this update, I will be submitting my full docs as nurse 1. There shouldn't have been a problem if i was filed before i was promoted.. but i just learned that i was filed almost 2 weeks after the promotion. So by the time i was filed, i was already nurse 1! I didn't bother telling them about the change of position because i thought i should contact them about any change during the updates.. They said it will cause a problem and it might take time for them to verify.
Do you think attaching an affidavit saying that i failed to tell my agent about the change because i was not aware of my change of position until november when i was already filed will be honored/accepted? any thoughts?
