I received a PFL on August 8th, but it was not mentioned in the ordered GCMS notes. Two days after the PFL, there is an entry that states that there was an entered in error approval of my file. Is it possible that someone stepped in to review this point and realize I was authorized?

Your question is difficult to understand and more information is needed.

When did you order your GCMS notes?
Why did you receive the PFL?
Post your GCMS notes here so that we can see exactly what they say. It's very difficult to comment based on what you've written above.

The note was ordered on August 9th
I received the PFL on August 8th

These are the details of the GCMS notes, of course, with certain details redacted

That looks like good news. Have you received PPR yet?

No I haven’t, there was a PFL sent to me but there was no mention of it. I replied the PFL saying I would need a. 60 day extension to review the PFL and respond appropriately. I’m confused as to:

why the PFL wasn’t mentioned but was sent before the update.
The PFL states I was out. Of status

So you haven't responded to the PFL yet??? You need to respond to the PFL. It's possible this isn't reflected in the GCMS notes due to the timing of events. You absolutely need to respond to the PFL. A 60 day extension is a long ask. In my opinion you should make sure you get the PFL in within 60 days of receiving the request. Don't assume IRCC will grant the 60 day extension. Play it safe and submit the response as soon as you can. Don't assume you are OK based on the GCMS notes.

Yes, I'll reply again once all the
GCMS notes from IRCC and CBSA (the last one was from CBSA, and my lawyer order5ed from IRCC as well)

It's possible they placed the entered in error after they sent the PFL
