i got recently charge of dui..but not yet convicted...i really need to canada..i got my son in SUrrey, B.C canada..every other weekend i cross the border just to see my son....now im planning to stay/lived in canada after my dui case......but my concern was my dui...what should i do..i lived here in USA...pls give me some advice..

You are inadmissible to Canada because you have been charged with the DUI. You should hire a very good lawyer and get the charges dropped. If you cannot get the charges dropped and are convicted, it will likely be 5 years before you will be allowed to enter Canada.
