I am going to study in Niagara College in this January, I am waiting for LOA.
Can I ask you guys about the ENTRANCE ENGLISH TEST?
IS IT LIKE IETLS TEST WITH 4 SKILLS?
OR SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT?
i am really fear of the test, i hope to hear information from you guys.

First of all in "computer terms," writing in caps is considered as YELLING AT A PERSON!! You are "seen" as being upset, angry, aggressive etc. That's why it is considered rude and is frowned upon online. If you want to emphasize something, you can use a word or two in caps. Hope this helps for next time.

Secondly as to english test, information maybe there on your college website and if not you can contact student resources for help.

Oh thanks, I didnt mean rude to anyone. I think CAP can be attractive somehow because lots of topics are published everyday and everytime. So sorry if it was annoyed you.
