My worst fear happened this week my dad been sick for awhile and he had a stroke this week, he’s been asking for me for years and he can’t handle traveling anywhere. To be honest I’m afraid he will die and I won’t be able to see him this will create a huge problem between me and my siblings not to mention the guilt I will have to live with for the rest of my life. I really wanna visit him for a few days but I don’t know if they will go after me for that. Should I talk to a lawyer ?

I'm sorry for your situation and your father's health.

What is your current status in Canada?

If you have citizenship, then there are no issues traveling to your home country.

If you are a PR or protected person, then traveling to your home country will put your status in Canada in jeopardy and could potentially trigger cessation (loss of your protected person status and PR). So that is going to be the risk you run in returning home that you have to accept if you make the trip. You can certainly consult with a lawyer but this won't take the risk of cessation away.
