i need help about visa application form and agent info. Also

hi i got admission u of regina with the help of an agent. But now i want to apply for visa by my self so i want to know did i have to diclare them(agent) any where in my visa application. And in vfs Student Questionnaire Form they say if i use agent for admission i have to diclare them. So plz tell me want shoud i do.
And i m showing property valuavation so did i have to show proff/fardas/registry of property. And did i have to translate it.

YOU NEED TO FILL THE FORM FOR AGENT IF U APPLYING FOR VISA THROUGH HIM IF NOT THEN APPLY DIRECT NO NEED O MENTION!!!! THE REPRESENTATIVE FORM IS SEPARATE.... If u do not give that its obvious u are not using any!!
